How do I book a ride?
Book online at dalabtaxi.com/booknow, use the DALAB Taxi app on iPhone, or call our call centre on 3935. If you have a question, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I book a ride in advance?
Yes. On the booking page, choose “Book in advance”, then pick the date and pick-up time.
How can I check the price before I book?
Enter your pick-up point and drop-off destination, then choose “See prices”.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash or by mobile payment.
Which vehicle should I choose?
DALAB Taxi has up to 3 passenger seats and suits everyday city journeys. DALAB Taxi Plus gives you extra luggage space. The minivan has up to 6 passenger seats and suits families and groups.
Where do you operate?
We currently operate in Hargeisa. Burco, Boorama, Ceerigaabo and Boosaaso are coming soon.
Is the app available on Android?
The DALAB Taxi app is available on the App Store for iPhone. On Android, you can book online at dalabtaxi.com/booknow or call 3935.
Are your vehicles certified?
Yes. All our vehicles are 2007 or newer models and are certified by the city authority.
